WELCOME TO XLAB

Welcome to Worthing’s premium 6000 ft² CrossFit facility. We offer safe and effective exercise in a fun and inclusive atmosphere that will keep you engaged and will enable you to constantly progress with your health and fitness goals.

New to fitness? Don’t worry! CrossFit is accessible to everyone and we all have to start somewhere. Our expert coaches will teach you how to scale and adapt every workout to accommodate your current fitness level. Get in contact with us to start your journey today!

 

We offer a variety of enjoyable group sessions suitable for all abilities, including our Workout of the Day (WOD), Aerobic Capacity and Olympic Weightlifting. We also offer specific Beginners CrossFit sessions for individuals who see themselves as unfit or inexperienced. Every session here is coach-led, meaning you receive in-depth explanation, demonstration and feedback from our experienced, fully qualified coaches. We also offer open gym slots for more advanced athletes to practice skills and lift at their own pace within the facility.

Our 6000 ft² CrossFit space is located within FitLab Health and Fitness (inside the Guildbourne Centre) in Central Worthing.  We offer top-of-the-range functional fitness equipment in a modern facility that includes showers, changing rooms and a cafe.

I played a range of sports from an early age including football, rugby and hockey, and discovered CrossFit when I was 18. I was instantly hooked. I started coaching in 2015 and haven’t looked back. The community of CrossFit is so different from the standard gym environment, everyone says hello to each other, no matter their ability or background. Coaching CrossFit has been the most rewarding thing that I’ve ever done. I love breaking movements and skills down to help people master them, and seeing their reaction when they do something they never thought they could. I also enjoy coaching athletes who wish to take their training further, and compete in the sport of CrossFit, designing individualised training programs and PT sessions that target their specific goals.
